SUMMARY

Mr. Wright has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Intelligent Information Technology Solutions, LLC for over four years. He also has over twenty-one years of military experience in the areas of Telecommunication, Administrative, Personnel Management, and has been a Contractor Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Intelligent Information Technology Solution, LLC (IITS), Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, January 2001 – Present

Mr. Wright is the Chief Executive Officer of IITS where he is responsible for managing all administrative, operational and financial aspects of the business. He is also responsible for advancing the interest of the facility, as expressed in the Mission Statement. Mr. Wright leads and directs an experienced team of senior executives including the Executive Vice President for Construction Management Services, Chief Operations Officer, Vice President for Finance, Vice President for Business Development and the Director of Migration Services and Administrative Services.

Mr. Wright is ultimately responsible for the effective delivery of high quality customer services and for the financial integrity of the company, so he requires annual audits with appropriate actions taken that are consistent with the findings. Mr. Wright requires the development, maintenance and timely updating of operational procedures manuals as appropriate. He ensures that effective communication is maintained with all appropriate contractors and that the safety of all employees, customers, guests, clients and others is adequately addressed and protected.

Mr. Wright has built an effective personnel system that supports hiring, promoting, rewarding, developing, disciplining and terminating employees in accordance with established policies and consistent procedures. He assures that written description for all positions are maintained and that the employee appraisal system is being effectively applied at all times. He ensures that all policies and procedures are in accord with pertinent federal, state, and local government requirements. He also demonstrates the importance of continuing professional development by engaging in formal and informal means of continuing professional education.

Mr. Wright implements change as appropriate or, depending on the negotiated designation of authority from the board or directors, recommends such change for board approval.

Mr. Wright is responsible for formulating and presenting work plans and budget recommendations, for annual board approval and is an active participant in the annual review of the capital budget.

Interior Systems, Inc., Program Director, November 1996 – May 2001

Mr. Wright was responsible for the day-to-day business development for the firm. Over a period of four years, Mr. Wright was responsible for securing over 20 million dollars worth of business. He also won an additional $250 million worth of procurement vehicles. He supervised a staff of nineteen employees, oversaw a 12 million dollar program, and managed a monthly budget of $300,000.00. His accomplishments included being named Employee of the Year in 1999, developing and implementing a program to teach new market strategies to help the Project Managers and Director maintain current business and generate new business and being awarded Salesman of the Year in 1999.


United States Army Information System Command, Official Mail Manager and Postal Inspector, Assistant Administrator Service; Branch Manager, January 1994 – February 1997

Mr. Wright supervised a staff of forty two military and civilian personnel and managed daily operations for all mail distribution centers within the Major Army Command. Mr. Wright was responsible for staff, customer training, scheduling and counseling personnel on career paths. He also managed fifty accounts with an annual budget of $40,000,000.00 and managed vendor relations and equipment purchases. Mr. Wright acted as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) and Contracting Office with a warrant amount of one million dollars. His accomplishments included: developing and implementing MACOM postal regulation manual; implementing bulk mail procedures saving the mail program over $400,000.00; and implementing Zip+4 on all the Army bases that supported that National Capital Region. Mr. Wright was responsible for saving the Army millions of dollars by implementing a technology solution which interfaced with other base organizations. He developed a new processing system which increases labor efficiency by thirty percent. Mr. Wright received the Distinguished Leadership Award and Meritorious Service Medal.

United States Army Information System Command, Administrative Non-Commissioned Offer in Charge, January 1993 – January 1994

Mr. Wright provided military personnel staffing support for the entire Information System Command in the Southwest Asia region. Mr. Wright interfaced with division leaders to support manpower requirements at each unit within the region, reviewed military records/qualifications, and conducted interviews as part of the screening process. Mr. Wright managed a staff of nine military personnel. His accomplishments included: receiving an Army Commendation Medal for Excellence and maintaining unit personnel strength at ninety-five percent during war conditions.

Baltimore Military Entrance Processing Station, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Control Processing Center, October 1989 – November 1992

Mr. Wright supervised a staff of fifteen military and civilian personnel for an organization that served as a screening center for the military candidates and new personnel. He reviewed applicants’ aptitude, medical worthiness and security profile against Department of Defense entrance guidelines. He also revised and implemented Standard Operating Procedures manual. His accomplishments included: receiving the Most Outstanding NCO Award within the unit, the US Army Commendation Medal, and a Navy Commendation Medal.
